Registered Donor Competition: Update Your Details Yeti Rambler 10oz Tumbler Terms and Conditions (September 2025)

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this competition is Stem Cell Donors Australia ABN 38096625231 (“Promoter”).
  2. Eligibility
    • Entry is open to individuals registered as donors with Stem Cell Donors Australia who update their contact details via the Promoter’s website between 12:00am (AEST) on 1 September 2025 and 11:59pm (AEST) on 5 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
    • Eligible entrants are individuals who are registered stem cell donors with the Promoter in Australia, and who successfully update their contact details with an active donor record held by the Promoter. This competition excludes those who make a request to leave the registry.
    • Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate or multiple entries will be disregarded.
    • Entry is free. No purchase or payment is necessary.
  3. How to Enter
    • To enter, eligible donors must submit their updated contact details via the Promoter’s “Update Donor Details” form during the Promotion Period.
    • All successful entries automatically go into the prize draw.
  4. Prizes
    • There are 80 prizes to be won. Each prize is one (1) Yeti Rambler 10oz Tumbler featuring the Stem Cell Donors Australia logo.
    • The total prize pool is valued at up to AUD $2,924.
    • Prize colours will be distributed randomly. Winners cannot request a specific colour.
    • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  5. Draw and Winner Selection
    • The draw will take place on 7 October 2025.
    • 80 winners will be selected at random.
  6. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery
    • Winners will be notified via email or SMS within five (5) business days of the draw.
    • Prizes will be sent by post to the winner’s address as recorded on their donor record at the time of entry.
    • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete postal details supplied.
  7. Unclaimed Prizes
    • If a prize cannot be delivered (for example, due to an incorrect or incomplete postal address), the prize will be deemed forfeited. Unfortunately, we are unable to re-award or redraw forfeited prizes.
  8. General Conditions
    • By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or engages in any unlawful or improper conduct.
    • The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Liability
    • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from the entrant’s participation in the competition or acceptance/use of any prize.
  10. Privacy
    • When a registered stem cell donor updates their details during the promotion period, the personal information provided will be used to update our donor records as usual. In addition, we will use the same information to administer this competition, including verifying eligible entries, contacting winners, and delivering prizes. We may share personal information with trusted service providers who assist us in running the competition (for example, delivery providers), or with regulators if required by law. All personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy – Stem Cell Donors Australia.
  11. Permits
    • This promotion is a trade promotion lottery conducted under the relevant laws of each Australian state and territory.
    • No permit is required unless the total prize pool exceeds applicable state thresholds. If permit requirements change, or if the total prize pool were to exceed any applicable threshold, the Promoter will obtain the necessary permits.
