Volunteer with us
Why volunteer with us?
Whether you’ve got a few hours to spare or are ready to take on a bigger role, there’s a way you can make a real impact.
Every year, thousands of Australians are diagnosed with life-threatening blood cancers and disorders. Many need a stem cell transplant to survive, but finding a match can be like finding a needle in a haystack. That’s where our volunteers come in.
By helping us raise awareness, run events, and inspire more Australians to join the donor registry, you’ll be part of the reason someone finds the match they desperately need.

Ways to volunteer
Current volunteer opportunities
We run events across the country and are always looking for local champions. Let us know where you are and we’ll find the right fit for you.
You don’t need medical knowledge or a huge time commitment to make a big difference. Just a willingness to help, and a belief in the power of community. Together, we can help every patient find their match.

Become an accredited recruitment supervisor
Want to take your impact to the next level? You can become an Accredited Recruitment Supervisor, trained and authorised to run official donor recruitment events on our behalf.
We’ll provide full training and resources so you can confidently lead swab drives in workplaces, universities, at local events or within your community.
