You’ve received a call from the Donor Support Team to let you know that you are the best match for a patient. This is amazing news! There are a couple of steps you need to go through before you’re able to donate.

We have asked you to attend a “Workup,” consisting of a physical examination and information session with a medical professional – which we’ll call ‘your haematologist’. If you’re a blood donor, we have also asked you to pause all blood and plasma donations.
