Make a Lifesaving Difference on Your Campus!
Join the Stem Cell Donors Australia university ambassador program
Our university ambassador program is launching in 2025, and we want YOU to help it grow!
We’re looking for passionate volunteers to help us run events at universities throughout the year. This is a unique opportunity to get involved with a lifesaving mission and develop key skills along the way.
WHAT’S INVOLVED?
Stem Cell Donors Australia runs the country’s sole registry of volunteer stem cell donors – people who commit to donating their blood stem cells if they’re ever a match for a critically ill patient. For many of these patients, a blood stem cell transplant from an anonymous donor is a last-resort treatment that could cure their blood cancer or disorder.
Younger donors (aged 18 – 25) generally give patients the best chances of survival post-transplant. That’s why we need as many young Australians as possible to join us!
As a member of our university ambassador team, you’ll be at the forefront of this mission.
You’ll plan multiple events each year to help spread the word and grow the registry, with our team supporting you every step of the way.
Together, we can make a real difference!
